We are a Member of ABTA which means you have the benefit of ABTA’s assistance and Code of Conduct. We provide financial protection for your money when you buy a music tour package from OneStage Ltd. We use ABTA's approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to resolve complaints.
We hold an ATOL license which means that all the flights and flight-inclusive tours on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. We are members of The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) which provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for OneStage Specialist Concert Tours, member 5287, and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for:
- Non-flight packages
ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if transportation was included in your package. Please note that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with OneStage Specialist Concert Tours.

The Outdoor Education Advisors Panel (OEAP) endorses the Quality Badge and requests Local Authorities to recommend the use of Badged Providers, and to require the minimum of additional paperwork where Quality Badge accreditation is in place.
This means that you can book your trip with confidence, meet your organisation’s essential due diligence, and reduce the amount of unnecessary paperwork.

Travel Insurance
All passengers must hold valid travel insurance prior to departing on their travels. OneStage are able to provide travel insurance for your tour on your request.
If you offer insurance, an accurate and sufficiently detailed summary of the cover provided and the premiums must be shown on the website. Furthermore, it is necessary for you to indicate close to the basic price, the location of such summary and premiums on the website. Where the purchase of your own insurance is compulsory, the relevant premium must be included in the basic price.
Health Requirements for Worldwide Destinations
If you are travelling to a Worldwide destination then you will need to check about any health requirements prior to booking your tour.
