As part of our 20th Anniversary celebrations, at the end of October, Pippy and Georgie took five musical directors to the Loire Valley France to show case what OneStage can offer on a music tour to the region as part of our festival "Musique en scène".
Georgie, who manages the Loire Festival and has a lot of experience travelling in the region, took on the role as tour manager. "We visited nine potential concert venues, two accommodations, did a little sightseeing and found time to enjoy a wine tasting in Saumur. It was a busy 48 hours but really great to be able to show people what we can offer. The area has such a great wealth of concert venues, from churches to halls and chateaux and our ensembles are assured of a warm welcome."
